Bento #22, #23 and #24

Okay well these bentos don't look to great in the photos.  They are too colorful or fancy looking but I can assure you that they tasted just fine!! hehe

Bento #22


So on the top we have steamed spinach, baked teryaki chicken, and boiled edame.
On the bottom, we have a green bean and egg stir fry.

Here there is a fresh green bean, ground beef and egg stir fry over plain white long grain rice that cannot be seen.

And last but not least, my bento for tomorrow's lunch.  On top we have rice with sea weed furikake, yum and on the bottom we have steamed bok choy and some stir fried chicken breast.

Bento #15 and a Breakfast Bento

 First up, my FIRST breakfast bento.  I have decided that starving myself till luch was unhealthy.


On the left I have steam broccoli and on the right, half of a tamagoyaki.  The other half is in my lunch bento below.  By the way, THIS IS MY FIRST TRY AT TAMAGOYAKI AND IT TURNED OUT QUITE WELL!!!

Below is my lunch bento.




Okay so the pic is slightly blurry but I didn't feel like taking another pic.  So left to right.
I have plain white long grain rice with stir fried spicy anchovies I picked up at the korean super market.  Then I have some grape tomatos with the other half of my tamagoyaki.  The other half went into my breakfast bento in the first picture.  And then I have Triton Salmon Burger from Costoc with steamed broccoli below it.

And finally last and not least,



TADA a fruit salad of strawberries and grapes for a snack at around 3pm when I start to get hungry again.

NEW Bento + Lunch

So I went over to my cousin's place and we tried out the new gas grill.  Well all in all, the grill was awesome.  We grilled chicken, salmon burgers, onions and bell peppers.  All were DELICIOUS.  Also that day, I got a brand new bento for a whopping $2!!!!  See Below!!!



Soooooo KAWAII!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It is a bit smaller than my 2 tier putifresh box.  The new bento is 450 ml and my 2 tier putifresh is 580ml.  However my lunch, see below, will be incredibly filling.



So what's for lunch????  You can't really see it but the bottom has green bell peppers and onions.  Then I have a layer of grilled chicken.  And then on top of that I have a line of 1/2 of a grilled salmon burger.  Then to garnish it off, I sprinkled some sesame seeds. 

This is a LOW CARB meal though I normally don't subscribe to the low carb thing.  I LOVE carbs.  There is so much meat that I'll prolly be full just from the salmon burger and chicken alone!!!
